These terms apply to your use of dillonplumbing.com and to the plumbing services provided by Dillon Plumbing, LLC of Nampa, Idaho. By using this site or scheduling service with us, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. We do our best to keep service descriptions, pricing ranges, and service areas accurate, but the site is not a binding offer. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scheduling & Estimates
Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it by phone or email. Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if the actual job conditions differ.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Our workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of service unless a longer term is stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are passed through to you per the manufacturer's terms.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may be subject to interest at the maximum rate allowed by Idaho law.
Limitation of Liability
Dillon Plumbing is licensed and insured in the State of Idaho. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho.
